I have 20 years experience in change management and workplace organisational development across both Corporate and Public Sector environments.
My approach is based upon Lean improvement techniques to engage and support both organisations and teams to examine the effectiveness of work process to improve the flow of work. Understanding which activities add value to outcomes and which do not, is key to identifying the many hours wasted overcoming obstacles which can be avoided. Often the source of much hassle and frustration, these keep staff away from getting on with their job and add stress to people’s workloads. Engaging staff at a local level in the reorganisation and streamlining of their own work environment empowers and energises teams, improving local ownership, accountability and performance.
