About Us

Esther Hall graduated from University and worked in international pharmaceutical organisations before taking some time out to have a family.  On return, Esther felt more ethically motivated and wanted make a difference to those that needed it.

After getting her professional qualifications as a Work Psychologist including statistics, research and Psychological Testing, she worked with service users with mental health issues.  Esther noticed that a lot of valuable and far-reaching work was being done in the voluntary sector that wasn't being recorded and therefore not attributed to them.  Through her work with SWR Mind, The Wheel outcomes tool was born and developed to help voluntary and care organisations assess their impact in a person-centred way that was useful to commissioners.

From this, Esther further developed the methodology for use in Education that would help children and teachers capture the impact of school on elements apart from academic achievement.
